Modern and huge room, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!
The total stay was very nice for a long weekend in January. The setting was quite marvellous and favourable within easy reach of Jewish Museum of Florida. There were a wide range of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Grubby communal areas. Poorly trained staff. The fact that we were assigned a much lower quality (but comfortable) room than we booked, but were able to agree on an appropriate cost reduction to cover this and the absense of maid service.

I would not stay at this hotel in future. The hallways were filthy, rooms are not designed for family. My room did not have shower curtain and the room was not clean. Lipstick marks on the wall, Toilet was very small with 2 sliding doors for privacy. A very noisy hotel. Not recommended for adults. Nothing Executive about the room.

Loved the Queen size bed and kitchen in room and thought the jacuzzi bath a luxury however the rooms need to have some update and repair but only minor and did not affect the comfort of my stay i.e.tap was broken on the bath and the blinds in first room did not open.

Clean nice rooms, close to the beach
Noisy if u stay on the second floor towards 1st street. there is a club called "the room" right under the facility. In the description it said "including stove", that was a lie. The manager(?) wasn't nice. Used the F-word talking to his employees in front of people in the lobby. That is not professional

The hotel is attractive and set in a great area, right next door to Ocean Drive and restaurants. the workers were nice.
It had a great and unbeatable location, close to the Jewish Museum of Florida. The food in the night bar was good.

There was very little! The only thing was how convenient the hotel was to the hot spots in the area! The staff was a bit cordial!
Our hotel room was filthy! The chair had lots of stains, there was a gigantic cockroach in the bathroom! The dishes we're barely cleaned! The tub handle broke! Some days room service didn't even come by! The room was smaller than the website and the hotel's room description!I Wasn't satisified at all! I would not recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay when they visit Miami!

The location is excellent and the junior suite was very spacious and nicely decorated.
The jacuzzi and the airconditioning did not work so we had to change the room after the first night. The second room was ok except one of the doors between the toilet and bathroom was not working properly.
